A couple of weeks ago I was very fortunate to be the photographer for their lovely wedding. The ceremony was nicely done at Hope church in Dayton and then the reception was at Carillon Park in the transportation building. Michelle and Jimmy are a great couple and you can tell they are absolutely into each other. The atmosphere was fun and playful just as was evident during their cake cutting ceremony. I wish them years and years of happiness.
Had an absolute blast taking engagement photos for Josh and Cari. We were able to get access to Warped Wing Brewery in Dayton, Ohio for the shoot. Warped Wing was able to produce a nice industrial feel that complements their taste and style. Josh and Cari will be married in June of 2016.
It was a nice Summer day so I decided to go and walk around Downtown. The All-Star game was a few weeks away and I wanted to check out the decor downtown and hunt down a few of the mustaches that are placed around the greater Cincinnati area. A majority of these images are taken around fountain square and the Aronoff center.
Loveland is a great town in the outskirts of Cincinnati. Cincinnati is a great city because it is surrounded by great towns that can make the big city seem small. Loveland is near where I live so I wanted to take some time to go out and capture some of its small town charm and vibrant historic Downtown. Loveland is also located on the Little Miami bike trail which is approxamently 75 miles long ( Bike trail).
After a portrait workshop I did in Kentucky, I decided to stop down by one of my favorite places to shoot Cincinnati. I find the Great American Insurance building , with Great American Ball Park in the forefront makes for a visually nice Skyline. That particular night the Reds had something on their jumbo tron that was casting purple onto everything. The other image I posted is from the base of the Roebling bridge in Kentucky. The Roebling Bridge is a suspension bridge that opened in December of 1866. At that time it was the longest suspension bridge in the world.
